Why can’t I buy and pay online?
Many of the customers who order from us are often unsure of how their banner or sign should look, or in what file format they should send it. With this in mind we aim to take the headache out of ordering banners and signs. Many of the companies that take online payment assume and expect the customer to have a print ready file and design. If this is not the case then the price quoted often rises steeply to allow for design costs etc. We have a different approach. Once you have placed an order with us, we will discuss your requirements with you and send you a draft copy for your comments. We offer unlimited revisions of the draft copy and do not print anything until you are 100% satisfied. No hassle, no fuss, no headaches.
Why are you so cheap?
We are often asked this question because many of our customers have quotes from local suppliers or other websites. The differential in pricing between us and 'them' is frequently so vast that naturally one of the first things we are asked is why? Well, just because we are cheap does not mean that our quality is inferior. Our printed graphics and our display hardware are as good if not better than from any other UK supplier. Our prices are low because we run a tight ship. We purchase all of our raw materials direct from the manufacturer and keep our overheads to a minimum. All printing and design is done in house. No fancy showrooms or expensive advertising campaigns. This translates into good quality and low prices.
Do you offer discounts for quantity?
Quantity discounts are available and our prices are unbeatable. If you are thinking about purchasing in quantity or are prepared to order several products at once then why not give us a call. We can look at all of the items you need and can build in some extra discount for you. For high volume purchases please call us for a more accurate price.
Are your display stands warranted?
Yes, all our display stands are backed by a minimum of 12 Months warranty. Vinyl signs and banners have varying degrees of warranty from 3-7yrs. If you require further information please call.
What is the quality of your print like?
Print quality is typically 1440dpi but this can vary depending on the job requirements. Photographic quality can be achieved with good quality images.
Can I send you an image taken from the internet?
Generally images take from the internet are of a very low resolution and will not be good enough for enlargement or reprinting. To get the best from your banner or sign we recommend high resolution images only. If you require any further help or information regarding image quality please call us.
